Autoriza, com condicionantes, a entrada noturna de navios com comprimento entre 206,00 e 220,99 metros, com calado máximo de até 10,67 metros, no Porto de Vitória.
O CAPITÃO DOS PORTOS DO ESPíRlTO SANTO, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelo art. 18, da Lei nº 12.815, de 5 de junho de 2013, resolve:
Art. 1º Autorizar a entrada noturna de navios com comprimento entre 206,00 e 220,99 metros, com calado máximo de até 10,67 metros, no Porto de Vitória, desde que realizadas após às 23h e condicionada aos holofotes do Clube Álvares Cabral estarem desligados.
Art. 2º Determinar que as (10) dez primeiras manobras de entrada noturna, nas condições supracitadas, sejam realizadas com 2 Práticos e um rebocador adicional, com cabo passado, posicionado na popa do navio/embarcação.
Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na presente data e refere-se às questões relacionadas à Segurança da Navegação, à Salvaguarda da Vida Humana no Mar e à Prevenção da Poluição Hídrica causadas por embarcações, não eximindo a Companhia Docas do Espírito Santo (CODESA) do cumprimento das legislações em vigor nas esferas municipais, estadual e federal.
