VLI has been working in recent years with a well-directed focus on productivity gains and better service to customers who use the Fertilizer flow between Vitória (TPD4) and Araguari (TIA). There is, on our part, a mission to use all the necessary efforts so that this positive path and in partnership with customers continues.
Therefore, we came through this, to share that we will have an important stage in this historic scenario of VLI’s operation, with necessary interventions to maintain the good performance manifested so far.
In this way, we share that during the fertilizer off-season in 2023, our team will focus on performing maintenance on the fertilizer unloading cranes, the physical structure of the TPD4 pier, the fertilizer transfer system in addition to the warehouse.
All this effort tends to be reflected in better reliability of the fertilizer unloading and dispatch system.
Please be aware of the reference dates for these interventions:
Maintenance on the TPD4 pier landing system: 02/26/2023 to 04/18/2023
Maintenance on the TPD4 squeegee and iron dispatch system: 03/06/2023 to 06/04/2023 (operation limited to ¼ of the warehouse capacity from 04/18/2023)
Maintenance on the TIA unloading and dispatch system: 03/20/2023 to 04/30/2023
It is important to emphasize that, during the maintenance dates mentioned above, the operations of the respective processes will be unavailable.
